Shiny Meltan has also returned to Pokémon GO during this week’s Pokémon HOME Mystery Box event. Shiny Slowpoke and Shiny Goldeen are coming to Pokémon GO, and a Shiny Nidoran event is happening next weekend!

Leave it to Pokemon GO to RUIN pokemon HOME. Jesus, I can't believe how bad they screwed this up. It's almost like they take joy in hyping up new events and then trolling us all. The ONLY thing I needed was to transfer my Genesect into Shield since it's the only one I don't have, but unlike the gameboy games where you could transfer all the legendaries you didn't have in Shield, you CANNOT TRANSFER A NEW POKEDEX ENTRY FROM GO!?!?! What's the point?! That's the ONLY reason people wanted this!?!?!?! Insane

Obtained a mystery box. Popped it open for the first time. Caught every Meltan that came out. Gained enough candy to evolve my first Melmetal. Not one shiny Meltan. Well, maybe next time but will pop open the box again to collect some Meltan candy in the hopes of evolving a future shiny Melmetal.
