   The phantom skill is amazing it's the only skill that allows your play through to have stealth mission where you are about to sneak you ranger all the way in a black site mission like splinter cell dropping from the roof to plant a bomb while the rest of the team plays diversion. Also it's double deadly if you team up with your sniper on squad sight

   Optimal Sick Team Six are 3 Specialists, two medics and one hacker, Sniper, Ranger and Gunner one each, no not calling it grenadier… Instakill attachments for every weapon if possible, which to some degree offset the loss of firepower going for the 3 Specialists.

   Phantom over Blademaster early game is a must! respect later to make a sword ranger if you must but the blade abilities only get weaker the later game you go. Being able to scout and or ambush (shadow strike +25 aim +25crit) has saved me more times than anything blade related.

    Yeah I thought about building a scout ranger, but giving them blade master and reaper. Since they are the ones that will be moving around the most often it makes sense that you take advantage of weapons that require you to move long distances.

    thanks ! I agree with everything you said 🙂

    I play in legend ironman and i'm shitting myself XD

    I have some advices of my own :

    1) proving ground will allow you to make special grenades which are SOOOOO GOOD !!! (base damage + 1-3 per turn !!!)

    2) saving you soldiers is the main goal of every mission. Losing 2 veterans for some intels and supply is really not worth it… No shame in getting the f*** out if it gets hot !

    3) i don't know about hacking but DAMN get a medic !!!

    Well… Ranger with Phantom together with Sniper with Long Watch —> played right activate every enemy Pod on the Alien Turn, removing the free turn for Aliens = Gold
