Great video, I’m at $6.50 for exterior only. Really don’t do inside cleaning since windows aren’t my main game. I do charge $5/screen to clean however in an IPC eagle screen washer and people pay it.
$8 a window wow plus $2 for that little window, is that inside and out

Can not hear your price quote very clearly. Are you washing both the outside and inside????
That seems a bit high on the window estimate. The windows i could count came to 39 panes. I charge 4.25 to 4.50 per pane in and out very large windows…… which i wouldent count any of those as, count as two so 8.00 per side. My estimate if those are all the windows would be $165 including the sills. Would be able to do that house in two hours just me just the windows. Though that is one of those weird small ones that takes more time than usual. I go for repeat business so the next time will go a lot faster.

The estimates you guys do, is that inside and outside? I'm thinking about adding this to my list of services.
Does that include the frames or the brown dirt that is on the caulking seals (maybe not on this house)? And, how long does that take you guys? Yesterday, I did a house and swore that I wouldn't do what I did for less than $15 per window. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, always park on the streets because you don't want Mrs Psycho to accuse you of dripping oil on her driveway. Or if you own a dodge, dropping your transmission on the driveway. I also noted the water bibs, but you also got to see if they're hooked up. Ran across some homes out in the mountains where the bib was apparently there just for decoration.

For thoes $8 windows I would charge $3. I don't think I could get that for my area. For In/our Id be at $6 including screens. I need to start charging for sills.
