Sorry what?! I'm 10 seconds into your video and your actually talking about the content in the title ? Have I stumbled upon some alternate time line where a YouTuber hasn't done a 8 minute intro to the video begging likes and subscribes
Best intro ever, got straight to what i came here for, didn't push for likes & subscribing
Eh? Pretty sure I haven't gotten any ability points from places of power… I was wondering what the point of those even were.. my health doesn't change, nor does my weapon or armor get repaired…
It's crazy how they've changed the game after release, the mutagen icons and crafting menu are completely different now
I like your channel mate, I respect that your honest and straight to the point. None of this begging for likes and subs etc. I subbed though because I really appreciate your informative video. I bought the game of the year edition for £10 on playstation store recently on sale and have no clue how to navigate this huge game properly. Thanks again for taking the time to create these videos 👍
witcher 3 has so many stuffs to do in one time. they just pour out everything, making it kinda hard but fun to play.
Bought the game on sale for 12$ to see what all the hype is about, got bored thinking its a bad game, tried it again today after this video, turns out im just bad at it and was doing everything wrong 😂
When I look at the gameplay of stuff like The Witcher 3, I can only think: 20 years ago, who would have thought FF8 would be closer to modern RPGs than anything else in its time?
Best intro ever, "hi guys i have some tips and tricks for you" and then right into the video
Lockdown has meant working from home, updating pc and getting back to PC games, which I've not done since ET & MOHAA. – Thought I'd give Witcher a go to start. Thanks for the tips in this video. Very helpful.
And don't fall from any height. No matter how small. 😂
Axii, quen, yurden, light attacks, and most of all poisons/bombs/oils, Witcher swords/amour, take out as many Witcher contracts as you can and collect the most important trophys(monster trophies help with getting even more exp from humans/nonhumans/and most of all monsters.
Beginners, listen to me! You HAVE TO spend your first ability point to the ability "gourmet" in the brown section! It will upgrade the live regeneration time of food from a few seconds to TWENTY MINUTES! This is only available if ya got blood and wine.
So now enjoy this great game!
Va fail, gwynnbleid!
Frajerzy
Most important tip: Don't charge right in the middle of the pack and think you will crush everything. You gotta dispatch monsters 1 or 2 at a time. Parrying attacks is very important and I find the shield quite effective.
I have died twice so far, and both times have been due to breaking ol' Geralt's ankles jumping off totally mundane ledges. Why.
No, NONONONONONO It's an open world game that offer the false promise of a free roaming video game. Yet a few levels in difference makes any quest undoable at the easiest difficulty. Because common monsters and bandit hit too hard. The level system, and the inventory system makes this open world game a linear game. The whole thing is a cut scenes feast of contradiction.
Sluggish movement, since this video game is programmed to assimilate the real live movement, which your character struggle to stand on two feet between dashing to stopping. Move the camera angle as you watch your character balance it-self on two feet. It's boring as hack to watch and a torture to sore eyes for hours and hours, after the first 15 minutes. ARPG my gamer-rear!
Quest is annoying. Some gives you a n area where you need to speak to everyone, and visit every home with the kind of movement that you will enjoy for every hour you will be spending to play this game. Also quests have you play detective, which you hold down a button and let your avatar in the game talks to him-self everytime you do it. No killing, no fighting, no exp point, and no gold to earn. Just do it for every quest that needs it. It's a chore. A slow, repeating, joyless, and on-going chore. AMD Why the fuk am I swimming with my armour on? Who think it's fun and a good idea in a realistic wannabe game to swim? Swim up and down to navigate underwater maze before the character run out of breath! No combat fun, not fun for ingame greed, and not fun for storytelling. It's an annoying mini game that programmed to be unavoidable in this cutscene feast. Card game? With card items being more expensive than sword and armour in the game???
Annoying item system and economy; it's overly complicated, and it's a chore that provides little satisfaction. You need to have gold to buy diagram, need to have found the right ingridents. Then you make components from ingridents that have its own diagram. THen with the component you make items that will need to be replaced in a few levels. Complication and annoying steps is not the same as taking on thrilling challenging nor monster slaying satisfaction. You may or may not have the components for something you need. Yet crafting is the only way you can better your item affordably. Any other game has you walked up to a store in game push the button, then a better item is purchased. Here, if you don't do chore that is unrelated to quest and story by looting everything in sight, then you can't advance in the game. Because common foe hits too hard in the easiest difficulty, and you need to use crafting to kill the most unremarkable monster.
Story, you would think is its strong point. Characters that are only pretty on the body and in the face talk about what hardly matter. The illusion of choice-matter, yet you look for the princess/Witcher just because the King asks. You have no say, thus is not choice-matter. You get ordered and you do it, that is the story.
It's a very pretty, and overhyped cutscene feast that takes a workaholic for virtual chore to play through. The game is hard to beat, because it takes patience and time to loot and craft for every insigificant battles for more than 50 hours. NO!NO! AND NO!
kim possible theme song
the game looks so much different compared to now, is it settings or the UI just changed a lot over the years?
Loud music
Beginners, turn your damn hud off! Most games nowadays flour the screen with ui, you might think you need them but you don’t. If you turn them off at the start of the game, you will get use to it. Turning off your hud and playing the game for 10 minutes will make you realize that. It’ll force you to be observant and actually pay attention to the story more, you won’t be able to look up at the minimap, you’ll actually have to figure out where to go own your own, but in the wrong run you’ll learn the map much faster. There are so many reasons people will give to discourage you from turning off the hud, but don’t listen to them until you try it out. You never know, it can make a game like the Witcher 3 much better, but it only works for some people.
I just bought the game of the year edition of this. Started playing it this morning!
Seems like I'm gonna get really hooked to this game I already like it a lot.
I really like how I get the option of 4k/30fps or 1080p/60fps.
I get so annoyed by how blurry 30fps games are when panning the camera, so playing at 60fps is a real treat. Although I find I miss the picture quality of 4k if I do preformance mode, so maybe I'll just stick to 4k
I played my first time with Alchemy + Combat build it was pretty op with decoctions and oils.
whats with the whack music
Get the gourmet ability (I believe it's from blood and wine content), it'll save your ass early game, you'll never have to buy food again
What's the white bar above you're vitality only just got the game and struggling to get used to it died about 20 times already and only level 2 😳
Starting the game 5 years late! Wish me luck!
why am i here? i finished the game like 6 times already
Thank you I’m bout to launch Witcher 3 for the first time
Thank you! I'm having a hard hard time getting used to this game, but I'm not giving up!
I've never played any Witcher game. Just bought this one and can't wait 😍
