Half the problem is all these support lines are shipped out to India where the language barrier is frustrating and problematic. They read a script and mostly have no real knowledge.
Someone needs to put Boost Mobile's tech support on public blast, especially their chat option. They will leave you without service for days and just keep lying about it being a "tower enhancement" issue.
