I like that you don't force people to make a specific squad. But, instead you allow people to have the freedom to do whatever they want.
Wasteland 3 hype!
If you go for the Opportunist quirk, to offset the -25% damage penalty on targets above 35% con. Get the Tactical Positioning perk, which gives +25% from rear attacks with ranged and melee weapons. Also use a burst fire weapon, as part of the burst can reduce the target below 35% con. Then the other bullets in the burst benefit from +50% damage quirk bonus, plus the rear attack bonus.
Way of the Squeezins, depending on how you build this one. You can end up with enough AP to fire two bursts from the Minigun or The 3. Plus you benefit from +25% damage from the quirk. Also get Tactical Positioning for this build to maximize damage. Then get Combat Shooting maxed out for 99% critical chance, if using heavy machine guns.
Each of the above can also overcome some of the problems with Energy Weapons and non-conductive armor. Due to the quirks damage bonuses, and the bonus from Tactical Positioning. If you get the three Energy Weapons perks, thats +30% damage against non-conductive. Then Robotocist for +20% damage vs Synths and Robots.
After starting a game with only one character and thinking that's all I could use, this is the kind of guide I needed. Thank you.
