for the first licker, try pumping bullets into it before it pulls the corspe, no matter how much damage you dealt it'll still be alive and hanging on the ceiling. But after it got the corspe, it immediately fall down and die

Funny tip for the diamond key… if you just open it just enough to shoot the zombie, you can shoot his limbs off and once you get the key He jumps off and suddenly realizes hes dead dead….it a delayed reaction.
The trick is be next to the bookcase but not underneath it directly.
