Thank you Vitamin Water.
cream of tartar excellent source
thanks chris..
Great Video…Also, try Apple Cider Vinegar (mixed with water and honey). It is a superior Source! Read Folk Medicine by D.C Jarvis M.D for more info.
I noticed in the video she mentions to be careful of eating too much avocado coz it will make you Fat. and she is saying to eat fruit and drink fruit juice Fat does not make you Fat!! SUGAR makes you FAT.. THIS LADY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE'S TALKING ABOUT!!!
Please, I eat probably 3 avocados a day, and I've lost 45.3 pounds.
Interesting that she warns about eating too much avocados but does not warn about eating too much potatoes. Eating fat does not make you fat. Eating too much starchy carbs will make you fat.
Since when avocados make you fat? I consume 300 g of fat a day and I have 4% body fat. Too bad you are a registered dietitian and you push people in the wrong direction!
I believe my (diuretic) blood pressure medicine is what's causing my potassium levels to drop. When my potassium is low, I experience a tingling "pins and needles" sensation in my fingers accompanied by extreme fatigue. Has anyone else experienced this? My potassium level was 2.7 today. I'm going to speak with my doctor about changing BP meds.
thanks for the info.
thanksssss
