I think you should note that recycle gland only works with bullet weapons.

Dude you deserve so much more subs!
I think you should also say what is not recommended together. For example Rabbit Paw with Second Stomach isn't useful because one of these is enough to quickly recover your hp. Also Strong Spirit with Rhino Skin isn't too great due to the fact that you have to get more health back to get Strong Spirit up (though you should take both on Melting, unless you want B skin). There are also a few mutations that you should really rarely take because they are not good. These are: Eagle Eyes (works well only with Steroids), Last Wish, Recycle Gland (works mostly with Minigun, otherwise not recommended), Sharp Teeth (damage is too low, if you want to deal more damage with this you also have to take more damage, and you REALLY don't want to take damage in this game) and Euphoria (though it works amazingly with Eyes), Euphoria is good but I find it useful only after Big Dog. You can dodge the bullet hell he creates by walking between the bullets, with Euphoria you cannot.
You done goofed, plutonium hunger attracts drops like ammo and hp too!
