1) Dont claim your a master in min-maxing if your just gonna set all attributes to 12
2) Min maxing honestly is bad in most RPGS and such, Example in 3.5E of D&D some would claim a barbian with 32 point buy has to go 18 strength 18 con, Thats honestly a bad build. Even in other D&D Versions alot of the min-max builds have been proven bad/false, Like the claim wizard slayers in BG2 are bad (They are not just misunderstood)
3) dont make a statement about builds then proceed to do eveything against said statement, Example barbian is for Damage go pure damage! then proceed to make the most tankyest least damage focus Barbian ever, Its a terrible idea, Provided multible builds for a class is just fine but still.
this was BEFORE perception was remade to affect accuracy; back when you could make unassailable fighter tanks

You've successfully removed all of the chars flaws and all it cost you were all of your merits. Barbs are supposed to have low DR and low accuracy, true, and you got rid of that. But barbs are also suposed to deal high damage and high aoe due to cleaving and you've also removed that in the process. Your char has more deflection and damage resistance than a paladin, but also deals lower damage than a paladin (a S&S paladin at that, not the damagedealer kind) and in actual combat the paladin will support his role of being the tank with class abilities that can be chosen to give you what the role needs, meaning the paladin will still end up being a better tank despite having 1-2 deflection less. Meanwhile all of the barbs active skills boost damage and they rarely boost it by a flat number but by a percentage, meaning that by gimping the barbs base damage with your choices you have also gimped the value of almost all barb skills.
By removing all merits and removing all flaws you have essentially created a character that is, by definition, mediocre. Don't get me wrong, a mediocre character can still get through the game on hard (maybe not so much on potd) but there is nothing ultimate or minmaxed about it.
Minmaxing would be more along the lines of barely covering your weaknesses with minimal investment (a.k.a. trying to make up for the low deflection and accuracy with gear and enchantments) while focussing on your strengths and boosting them to a ridiculous degree.

your build defeats the purpose of barbarian as a damage dealer.
This is a bad guide, and is counter to everything a barb is. A barb is a mid line AOE damage dealer. AOE is affected by INT. You should be maxing int and might. Barbs should not be tanking or taking hits often enough to worry about deflection.
mmm I don't like min-max at maximum difficulty, more believable characters in normal are more enjoyable. Also I don't understand the higher difficulties in RPGs where you don't get better gear in higher difficulties, you don't get a rewarding experience for you effort as in Grim Dawn or Sacred 2, for me, Pillars of Eternity is more enjoyable quiet, at my time.
Okay, so you found out deflection is cool I get that much, doesnt make you an expert. At least watch other videos and/or guides outthere… all 12 barb, jesus…
You probably dont even play the game anymore, but… min/maxing or 12 all stats, pick one. Lmao, I wouldn't want that stat distribution for anything. WF:Peasant too… it feels like you're trying to fix your flaws way too hard, while ignoring developing your strengths.

This is not ultimate. You overestimate the value of constitution way too much.
In future build videos you might want to compare the build to other classes at the beginning, I almost stopped watching because I thought you were crazy. You said early on that the Barb is all about damage and then proceeded to build a tank and choose options which reduced damage output. Only at the very end did I realise you weren't crazy, I bet many watching didn't get that far.

You got the right idea for everything, considering deflection and DR. However you don't need constitution above 10.
I'm playing with a fire-godlike barbarian in a party with a custom cipher moon melee/ranged godlike, custom druid elf and the rest vanilla characters.

If you were to do the hardest difficulty, expert touch and triple crown challenge you would want to build a moon godlike instead. I find the fire godlike barbarian is amazingly good as a tank with relatively high DPS potential when your with a party.
Aumaua are better off as paladins or fighters or even a ranger. You can abuse weapon swap to remove reload times with blunderbuss and spam that pellet shot 3x over and clear the screen faster than any class in the game.
