I just saw this video and I may have a clue as to what is going on here. The NCIX business data (inventory, personnel, etc) servers had all their data "stolen"/sold off repeatedly while it was being held either during or after the bankruptcy process was occurring. If I had to guess, someone who had a copy of that inventory data imported it into this platform to try to spin up an online store to capitalize on what remains of the name.
