Or you could just add potential ability to the columns and then filter age range to 15-19 and then sort by highest potential ability….. hey presto
Now is extensive not exceptional anymore
The youth system needs upgrading, so over due. I know you have scouting potential ability but there should be designated youth scouts. And you should be able to have a bigger influence.
