One other tip I would utilize is Jess Black for hunting. If it is just you and her, animals around you (even animals that would run away) aren't scared of her. It makes for some easy hunting. All you do is walk up to them with your bow (because bow kills give you 4 skins in one shot) and get them in the head at point blank range. You can also send Jess after animals. Between the two of you, you can take down any animal and really take advantage of hunting.

Tip #9
Click right mouse button to aim your gun if you're the type who likes extra accuracy.
Jb is good for the wild they wont kill you if you hit them is so good!

I subbed just so I can hear more of that lovely voice.
One tip I would add is to make sure you pick up the silver bars. They carry over into future playthroughs, as does anything you buy with them. 400 bars will buy you an armed helicopter which will be available in your next game as soon as you have access to a helicopter shop.

I found a fun thing.
Hire your attack helicopter, make sure you have a companion with you.
Get in the passenger seat, your companion will get in the pilots seat.
Get out very quickly, they will take off.
Hire the same helicopter and get in the pilot seat.
Fly off to whatever location you want with your attack helicopter fleet and blow some stuff up!!!
Another small tip is if you liberate a region first, you’ll get an additional $400 bonus on any side mission you do in that region.
When they say gain 5 levels of resistance what do they mean, please respond

add scoops! to your guns
Use the bow an arrow, one of the most iconic weapons in the series.
Use the NPC squadmates that the game teaches you about right at the beginning.
Use the icons on your compass to find stuff.
Disable alarms in outposts to get a bonus.
"Advanced tips"
Everything listed was pretty basic stuff for anyone who's ever played a Far Cry game before. How 'bout: You can throw melee weapons now. Try it with a shovel, you hurl it like a javelin at enemies and will often get a 1-hit kill. It's hilarious.
In addition to "X marks the spot", animals that you shoot while hunting leave a blood trail that you can track to find them.

I was playing Far Cry 5 and it was like 2am in the morning when I found the Haunted House. I was in my man cave at my house in the pitch dark. BAD COMBINATION! Scared the crap out of me.

Tip#1 don't buy for Xbox One 1st gen, it's like playing on a 360. OMFG i regret paying for this shit, now I gotta get a new console to even see the environment. Seriously, how did Microsoft get away with selling such a powerhouse of failure and bad ideas!? First gen XB1's should be replaced by manufacturer. They just wanted to make up the money they lost with the 360's red ring of death. Never buying another Microsoft gaming console again.
