I play this game on PS4. It's a lot harder to aim with a controller than it is with a mouse. There's no aim assist such as in most other PS4 games and it makes TheHunter really difficult on PS4…
I always kill blacktail deer with the starter rifle
Hunting games logic: Shot in the head, doesn't die, if it dies it's not a "good kill"
Shot in the chest: multiple vital organs damaged and the major part of the used skin is on the "body" so the skins get damaged too, Perfect kill.

when i kill an animal it doesn't show me the consictive harvest
One thing yhat throws me off is the sway with scopes, I been hunting since I was a kid and NEVER EVER had sway that bad when aiming, I took my scope off and went straight iron sights and found my aim was WAY better
OMG, This video was a MAJOR asset to my game.
Following the tips I got from watching, I got my 1st bear, coyote, and rabbit.
