Tip 1.1
GET NUKES
lust played a game where I attacked Hungary in 1939 with 1.1 million men 1000 bombers, 1000 dive bombers and 1600 fighters I was Germany and my army tech was insanely high, had 12 tank divisions and 12 motorized divisions, 4 para, 12 mountain, and 4 bunches armies of 24 divisions each. Took 2 years to win the battle at one point the Hungarians had 9 divisions defending against 38 and I was still losing. No idea how that happens, I even ran out of oil.
i played this game for 5 hour non stop
A strategy that i use quite often as Germany is to stack 150 political power to gain claims on poland and Belgium and go at war with them early because they are easy to beat and you gain a lot of space to develop industry and also their resources and as a bonus you dont have to spilt poland with Ussr and you have a direct route to northern france witout doing the "Around the Maginot" focus.
If you know how to use tanks for encirclements you can slaughter their entire armys. In one game i killed more that 200k polish soldiers only loosing 20k of mine and 190k belgians by only loosing 5k of my own soldiers. If you declare war on them before japan attacks china the allies wont be able to guarantee their independence.
I learned about 6 of this tips while playing and I can tell taht they are very usefull

It's great that you make these quick tips. Easy video to find something useful. Even though i don't even play this game. I hope some who play do find this video.
I think something cool you could do if you found the time would be to have a hoi4 multiplayer stream with fans like the Friday the thirteenth streams you did where the countries would occasionally change hands. It also would create more interesting scenarios because it seems the ai in hoi4 can be incredibly stupid at times. Even if you don’t do it I am still loving your other series and streams when I can catch them.

Tip 8: there are some nations that are better to puppet then to annex them. For instance as Japan if you do the war with china focus it's not a bad idea to puppet communist china, and feed em all of china. That way as long as you have the equipment to support it you can copy their division template, edit it, and make divisions using their manpower instead of your own. That's especially helpful when playing as a low manpower nation because the more manpower you have the more divisions you can make and keep filled with manpower. Just be careful when using them though because the more the puppets troops do in the war the more autonomy the puppet will gain. This can be offset by lend lease or building in the puppets country
