Both of my shoulders are wrecked, so what’s plan B?
This is what bothers me about this study. This guys push ups were ok at best, they weren't terrible, but they weren't anywhere near a good pushup. A person might see this, and do 30 perfect pushups, and think that they aren't as good as someone who can do 40 bad pushups, although it is harder to do 30 perfect pushups than 40 bad ones.

Haw Haw, “ a 96% chance of Not having a cardio event”. I due push ups , I do about 100-125 in a row. I am 69 now, and am in fantastic shape. About 7 years ago I had a Massive Heart Attack and because of my being in great shape, Survived. About 4 years ago, I suffered a Massive Stroke. Again, I guess being in great shape, I survived. My cardiologist called me the “ miracle boy”. I guess I would fit in that 4% of people who went on to have a cardio event. Of course, I really don’t FIT ANY Profile! ( I have LPa, but that’s another story).

I am 14 years old a skinny boy but can do 30 push-ups non stop i used to do that when I was 13 now also I can do 30 at a time
I’m still counting one.
I gassed out at 38 with almost 20 seconds left and my muscles lactic acid just couldn't do one more. I did real pushups unlike Bob and I'm 40 lbs overweight.

Sorry, Bob, but those are not GI pushups. You are not going low enough 🙂 The distance between your chest and the floor (when you go down) should be within the height of a close fist.

Good iWork bob . pushups put a lot of pressure on the heart , that’s why this test is valid . I’m 67 years old and max I can do at moment is 30 clean , but I’m working on 40. Bob . Ha ha use it or you will lose it , muscle atrophy beckons . I look at a lot of aged former champion bodybuilders who don’t look very well, I still think genetics plays some part . You people talk tooooo much and waste a lot of our time, your subject matter is very small. Try to make your videos very compact and don't talk all time wasting on sense talkings
